Welcome to Catering at Epic II!


Bon Appetit Management Company is excited to provide on-site food and beverage services to the Epic II offices. Our skilled and innovative culinary team uses the freshest and finest ingredients to create selections that appeal to both the palate and eye. Our food is cooked from scratch using authentic ingredients. We are committed to serving food that is alive with flavor and nutrition in a socially responsible manner for the well-being of our guests, communities, and the environment. 


We believe that communication and caring on the part of our staff gains our customers' respect, loyalty and business.  


CATERING POLICIES: Our catering staff is dedicated to making your event successful and enjoyable. Special menus, requests and custom catering options can always be arranged with our catering department. 

  • Catering is available Mon-Fri from 8am-2pm.  
  • After hours services are available. Please contact the catering office do discuss your after-hours needs. Additional labor fees apply. 
  • Catering will not be available on holidays and weekends. Holiday closures will be noted on our weekly menus, available for viewing at epic2.catertrax.com.
  • We would appreciate 48 business hours notice for catering orders. However, last minute situations do occur, and our catering staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please contact our office for last-minute catering requests.
  • Catering prices quoted include delivery, clean-up, service equipment, service utensils, and disposable cutlery, plates, cups, and napkins.
  • Some special orders may require more notice as listed.  
  • Our team has a limited amount of tables available for use for catered events. Set-up locations must be identified prior to placing catering orders. Table rental is not available through Bon Appetit Catering. Our team is happy to help discuss and provide set-up solutions prior to your catered event.  
  • All events incur a 2.5% service charge. This fee is an administrative charge. It is not purported to be a tip or gratuity and will not be distributed as compensation to the employees who provided service to the guests.

Our staff is happy to service your event. Tips and gratuities are not required or expected. 
 
LUNCH ORDERING POLICIES:

  • The weekly lunch menu can be viewed at epic2.catertrax.com.
  • Same-day lunch orders must be placed before 10am. Daily lunch ordering will open up at approximately 11am the business day prior.  
  • All orders must be placed online at epic2.catertrax.com.
  • Order confirmations will be sent via email through the CaterTrax site.
  • Lunches will need to be picked up daily between 11:30am – 1:00pm at the designated pick up window located at the 7th floor servery. Guests can come anytime during this time period to receive their freshly-prepared meal.
  • Guests will need to provide a printed receipt or show a screenshot (of the order confirmation email) to the café attendant upon pick up.
  • Lunches not picked up by 1:00pm will be charged in full. No refunds will be given for orders that are not picked up.
  • In the event of product shortages and/or limited item availability, Bon Appetit may occasionally have to cancel or limit lunch orders. Any cancellation will be fully refunded. Our team will always communicate canceled or unavailable orders as far in advance as possible.  
  • Orders will be packaged in disposable, microwavable containers, and served with disposable cutlery and napkins.
  • Guests must remain the designated pick-up area, and are not permitted inside the Uber servery. Please ask our café attendants for any assistance and they will be happy to help!
